Creative Exploration

    • Initial Consultation ( zoom meeting)

    •  Understand the project requirements & vision.

    • Define the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and pricing. 

    • Create a contract.

    • Brainstorming , ideation, & sketching

    • Present concept/theme directions

Design & Development

    • Logo design / monogram

    • Color palette selection

    • Typeface selection

    • Illustration style selection

    • Initial design sketches

  • * We start designing for the required outputs and deliverables often in this order:

    1- Digital Designs/ Motion Graphics

    (Invitation, website, visuals, etc)

    2- Event designs

    (Murals, booth, packaging, etc)

    3- Stationary designs

    (Place cards, labels, etc)

Refinement & Delivery

    • Make the necessary revisions based on client feedback and obtain final approval.

    • Prepare the files for delivery, ensuring that the client receives the completed design in the specified formats and within the agreed timeline.

    • To ensure a seamless file handoff, we will establish a shared drive where all project documents and deliverables will be stored.

    • Client will have immediate access to the finished files, review them, and provide feedback if needed. In case there are any rushed files or urgent updates, we will also prioritize uploading them to the shared drive, ensuring quick and convenient access.
